EAGLE BASKETBALL
Basketball at St. Thomas is a well-loved tradition, where the students and entire St. Thomas community come together to show their support. Eagle fans love to cheer on St. Thomas, a loud and contagious tradition that has been a part of the school's history for generations.
The tradition of excellence in St. Thomas basketball is known throughout the state, and St. Thomas attracts many talented student-athletes who wish to play for the red and white. St. Thomas currently offers two Freshmen teams, a Junior Varsity team and a Varsity team. The Eagles compete in the Reckling Gymnasium on their tradition-filled campus in the heart of Houston.
Basketball practice begins in mid-October, and the season runs into March, with off-season training available at different points throughout the year. |
